These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and the company operating this website and related refrigerated transport and logistics services. If you do not agree to any provision, you must stop using the service immediately.

1. Definitions

• **Company / we:** the operator of the platform and services.
• **Client / you:** any individual or entity requesting or using the service.
• **Trip / shipment:** the agreed transport operation with a reference number.
• **Platform:** the website, client portal, and booking/tracking interfaces.
• **Cold chain:** maintaining required temperature throughout the journey.

2. Acceptance

By:
• browsing the site or creating an account;
• submitting a booking or accepting a quote;
• using a tracking link or contacting operations;

you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the SLA where applicable. Business users confirm they are authorised to bind their organisation.

3. Scope of Service

We provide transport services — including refrigerated transport — within defined geographic and operational capacity. We reserve the right to:
• refuse or cancel requests that violate safety or law;
• adjust routes or schedules for operational or force majeure reasons with reasonable notice;
• suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or updates.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all account activity.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
• Business accounts are subject to review and approval before full activation.

5. Booking & Pricing

• A booking is confirmed once we accept it and issue a trip reference — unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary by distance, vehicle type, timing, or cold-chain requirements.
• Automated estimates are non-binding until official confirmation.
• The client is responsible for accurate pickup/delivery details and cargo information.

6. Client Obligations

The client must:
• prepare cargo for loading at the agreed time;
• disclose cargo nature, weight, and temperature requirements accurately;
• not ship prohibited, hazardous, or illegal goods;
• provide required documents (invoices, permits) when requested;
• pay amounts due on agreed terms.

Any breach releases the company from liability for delay, refusal, or reporting to authorities.

7. Company Obligations

We commit — within our published SLA — to:
• exercise reasonable professional care in performing transport;
• provide a vehicle suitable for the agreed service;
• keep the client informed via available channels;
• maintain confidentiality of operational data.

We do not guarantee exact arrival times unless expressly agreed under a separate guaranteed service contract.

8. Cold Chain & Liability

For refrigerated shipments:
• the client is responsible for proper packaging and preparation;
• temperature is logged when enabled; alerts do not replace the client's preparation duty;
• we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect temperature data, loading delays, or force majeure;
• maximum liability per trip — unless a separate contract states otherwise — is limited to the transport fee paid for that trip or as required by law.

9. Tracking & Location

• GPS is active during live trips for operations and safety.
• Client tracking links are provided for shipment status — not for unauthorised purposes.
• Signal loss due to technical or geographic factors is not our liability.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before confirmation: no fee.
• After confirmation, before dispatch: administrative or partial fees may apply.
• After dispatch or arrival at pickup: full or substantial fee based on actual cost.
• No refund for fully performed services except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss;
• we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free platform operation;
• aggregate liability is capped as stated in Section 8;
• nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights under Egyptian law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, government actions, unrest, network failures, pandemics, or road closures — with client notification where possible.

13. Intellectual Property

All brand, logo, platform, and content rights belong to the company or its licensors. Copying or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall first be addressed amicably; failing that, courts in Cairo or at the company's registered seat shall have jurisdiction as permitted by law.

15. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified by email or via the platform.
